Recipe: Touchdown herb dip

Use Greek yogurt to make your own healthier version of ranch dip.
Ranch lovers rejoice! Greek yogurt makes your favorite dipping sauce a not-so-guilty pleasure. This dip is great with homemade tortilla chips, veggies, as a spread or however you like!
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium Mrs. Dash (or seasoning of choice)
- 1-2 scallions
Directions:
Chop scallions, both the white and green parts.
In a medium-sized bowl, stir seasoning and scallions into plain non-fat Greek yogurt.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Best when chilled overnight.
Serve in a chilled bowl.
