Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Exercise Sessions at Sacred Heart

No visitors are allowed in freestanding clinics except for those accompanying patients needing assistance. For those that are allowed to visit, please know that face masks are required for all visitors in all PeaceHealth facilities.

If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms of possible infection, notify us when you schedule an appointment and before you arrive. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911. Upon arrival, everyone will receive a symptom and temperature check. Anyone with an elevated temperature will be connected with appropriate care.

Our exercise sessions are tailored to meet your needs and abilities. Each session is individualized to gently build your endurance and strength.

Our equipment is designed to meet the needs of all levels of function. With supervision from our highly trained staff, we will instruct and progress you safely.

By monitoring our patients’ heart rate and rhythm, blood pressure, and other vital signs, we can help you and your health care providers evaluate your progress on the path to improved cardiac health.

Supervised Exercise Program

After you have graduated from outpatient rehabilitation, our Graduate Program is available for you to maintain your heart-healthy lifestyle. This program includes supervised open gym times and group exercise classes such as Tai Chi and group exercise.

Support Groups

After you have completed cardiac rehabilitation, our staff is still available to provide ongoing help and support on an individual basis.
