Amy Jo Larsen NP

Amy Jo Larsen, NP, has joined the cardiology department at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. She earned her master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Gonzaga University. She steps into her new role after serving as a cardiac registered nurse at Sacred Heart’s Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute’s inpatient cardiopulmonary unit treating cardiac conditions in diverse patient populations. Her focus is on collaborative care and patient education. “It is important to me to leave patients feeling they received the best care I could provide and that I provided a collaborative space for them to participate as an essential member of their care team,” she said. Her hobbies include hiking, particularly around Oregon and she’s also completed a 100-mile trek in Wales.
