5 ways you can care for your back pain

Three out of every four Americans will have back pain at some point during their life.

Many cases of back pain are due to muscle strain that--with treatment--can feel better in just a few weeks.

Other causes of back pain--herniated disc, injured vertebra or arthritis--can be more serious and require more complex treatment.

Here are a few ways to make your back feel better:

  • Stand or sit up straight.
