Healthy and full of flavor smoothie.
Top o’ the mornin’ to ya. Make this healthy version of one commonly found at a fast-food restaurant for breakfast or as a snack. Filled with good-for-you spinach, sweet apples and mint, it’s a great option for practically any time of the day.
Serves 2
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve or refrigerate.
Smoothie will keep in the fridge for a few days.
