For an easy and packable snack, just whip up some energy bites. Throw a few in the kids' lunch bag or yours to curb the afternoon snack craving. Try the base recipe or mix it up with some of the swaps or add-ins.
The base recipe includes oatmeal, nut butter, ground flax seeds, honey and other yummies. Swaps and add-ins include dried fruits, nuts, spices and other flavorings.
