Lindsey Boldrin

ACP Program Coordinator

Lindsey is an enthusiastic community educator with a background in senior living, currently earning her MSW specializing in medical and geriatric social work.

She believes Advance Care Planning is a gift to your family which can help lessen stress during difficult and emotional times. Lindsey is passionate about educating all community members that any person at any age can have a medical emergency and can end up in the hospital. ACP is for every citizen over the age of 18. Make your wishes known, write it down, and get it on file in your medical record!

Lindsey enjoys trail running, hiking, cross-country skiing, bike touring and rollerblading. (A constant infusion of snacks to fuel her activities is required!) A native Washingtonian, her favorite season is Fall with a preference for weather that is overcast and blustery with plenty of leaves.

After working in health care for past 25 years, Dede couldn’t see herself doing anything else.

She has personal experience with advance directive document completion and she knows it is important to know the wishes of a loved ones.

She loves riding motorcycles and loves raising chickens, cows, gardening, and baking sourdough.

Kelly has been in clinical care for over 17 years with PeaceHealth. 

She has seen how planning ahead for health can improve quality of life and protect what is important to her patients. 

In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dogs and time with her family.

Christina Yarbrough

Christina is a Board-Certified Chaplain who brings her experience and passion to the ACP team. She is here to talk people into their feelings, not away from them to ensure their autonomy and voices are honored. 

Her background includes over a decade of work in various roles that advocate for the autonomy of all voices. 

Christina has a BS: Psychology, M.Div., and is currently earning her MS: Clinical Mental Health Counseling. 

Christina's hobbies include hiking, swimming, biking, and spending time with family.
