General Questions

How do I get my medications refilled?

We ask all of our patients to request medication refills directly from their pharmacy. The pharmacy will then contact us. Please allow five business days for your medications to be available.

You can also discuss your refill needs with your provider during any scheduled office visit.

What can I expect when I call or come in with questions?

When you call or come in for non-urgent issues the receptionist will take a message. A nurse will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are ill or have an immediate need a nurse will speak with you.

What is your affiliation with PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center?

The Center for Senior Health is an outpatient clinic of PeaceHealth St. Joseph. All of our staff and clinicians are employees of PeaceHealth St. Joseph. We are supported by the hospital and are required to follow their policies and procedures as they pertain to us.

What should I do in times of bad weather?

During times of snow and ice, we encourage you to consider your safety first. If you come to your appointment, please utilize the drop-off/pick-up area in front of the clinic.

Who do I call if I have a question about my bill?

The PeaceHealth Medical Group handles all of our billing. If you have any questions, please visit our Billing Questions page.
