During your stay

PeaceHealth Peace Island Medical Center is a 10-bed critical access hospital, offering a place for the community to use for wellness and gathering as well as in times of medical need. The facility offers an atmosphere of quiet, simplicity, warmth and healing that makes all who come feel welcome and comfortable.

If you ever have questions about a procedure, your physician, medication, or anything about your stay at PeaceHealth Peace Island, please ask! We want you to be informed, comfortable, and clearly understand your care.

Food Services

Wholesome, nourishing and well-balanced meals are an important part of your treatment and recovery. The hospital provides nutritious meals that are made according to your doctor’s orders. Your meal has been chosen according to the prescribed diet order and can be changed to meet your food preferences.

Coordination of off-Island care

When necessary, our physicians may refer you to outside providers, facilities or visiting specialists for services not available on Island. It's our goal to ensure each member of your health care team is working together on your care plan and we will help facilitate this collaboration.

If you require any service that's not currently offered at PeaceHealth Peace Island, consult with your physician for help with a referral to an appropriate mainland hospital.

Medical records

Some online records, including medications, test results, and procedures, are available in your MyPeaceHealth account, free of charge. Please visit the medical records page for other request options.
