Dr. Coleman was born and raised in Happy Valley, Oregon. He received his Bachelor of Science in biology at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington and went on to become a research assistant at the Oregon National Primate Research Center before attending medical school at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Coleman is passionate about full spectrum family medicine, with a special interest in sports medicine. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Coleman can be found enjoying the beautiful nature of the Pacific Northwest through hiking, weightlifting in his meticulously crafted home gym, or spending quality time with his friends and family.

Dr. D'Ettorre grew up in the heartland of rural Ohio. She holds a BA in Medical Anthropology and Evolutionary Biology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and is a proud AmeriCorps alumna. Dr. D’Ettorre then studied in the urban primary care pathway with a BS from Cleveland State University and received her MD from Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. D’Ettorre’s passion for equitable healthcare access across the whole lifespan led her to the full spectrum training of the beautiful PNW. Beyond medicine, she finds solace and joy in outdoor pursuits such as cycling, camping, and gardening, as well as supporting arts in the community!

Dr. Mary Hayes was born and raised in Eagle, Idaho and received a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology from University of Idaho. She moved to the beautiful PNW for medical school at Western University of Health Sciences COMP-NW. She has special interests in women’s health and obstetrics along with full spectrum family medicine including procedures. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, skiing in the winter, and spending summer days on the lake wake-surfing.

Dr. Islam was originally from Brooklyn, New York, but raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at Georgia State University and attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Islam is passionate about full-spectrum family and preventative medicine, with particular interest in lifestyle medicine and primary-care sports medicine. In his free time, he loves traveling the world, playing soccer, singing, performing music, and being an active member of his community. Dr. Islam is excited to be a part of the community of Vancouver, WA, and the Pacific Northwest. In his own words, “I believe home is where the heart is, and I hope to share that with my new community.”

Dr. Kawashima was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She studied biochemistry at the University of Oregon and went to medical school at Western University in Southern California. She loves the variety in family medicine with particular interests in mental health, addiction medicine, women’s health, and procedures. In her free time, you will find her at the beach, hiking, camping, snowboarding, or trying a bunch of new hobbies with family/friends and her dog, Kangaroo. 

Dr. Martwick grew up in Beaverton, Oregon and graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. He attended medical school at Oregon Health & Science University and is thrilled to continue his career at home in the Pacific Northwest. His professional interests include preventative care, full spectrum family medicine, addiction medicine, and HIV care. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, lifting, board games, playing music, and spending time with his wife, friends, and family.

Dr. Ohlde is from Monroe Washington and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Biochemistry from the University of Washington - Bothell. She then completed medical school at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific - Northwest in Oregon. She is passionate about full spectrum family medicine with a focus on holistic, patient-centered preventative care and procedures. She enjoys time with family and friends, travel, hiking, reading, and involvement in her local church. 

Dr. Ritter grew up along US coastlines in a Navy family and completed high school in Newbury Park, CA. In 2014, she obtained her BS in Biology from West Texas A&M University. For six years, she worked in the fields of biotechnology, special education, and delivery management. In 2024, she graduated from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where she volunteered frequently for public health initiatives. She is excited to train in full-spectrum family medicine and has interests in lifestyle medicine, working with under-served patients and public health. In her spare time, she enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities with her husband, reading and entertaining her cats and dogs.

Dr. Alden was born and raised in Albany, Oregon, and studied molecular biology and sociology at Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. She returned to her home state to attend medical school at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Alden is passionate about the full spectrum of health care Family Medicine offers, with particular interest in women’s health and pregnancy care. Outside of medicine she enjoys cooking, trying new foods, and spending time outside. She can often be found watching the X-Files with her wife and cats.

Dr. Ed was born in the Netherlands but grew up and was raised in Lacey, Washington. She graduated from Gonzaga University and attended medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. Dr. Ed is passionate about full-spectrum family medicine, with special interests in preventative medicine, mental health, and addiction medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new cities, crafting, baking, and watching anime and true crime documentaries.

Dr. Fung was born and raised near Tillamook, OR. He studied biology at Colby College in Central Maine before moving back to the Pacific Northwest for medical school at Western University of Health Sciences COMP-NW, where he developed a strong interest in patient-centered full-spectrum family medicine, especially preventative medicine and procedures. In his free time, Dr. Fung enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, skiing, fishing, foraging, or cooking up a delicious meal.

Dr. Alex Kures is originally from Bellevue, Washington, and earned his Bachelor of Science from Gonzaga University. Before attending medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa, he gained valuable clinical experience working as a phlebotomist at Bloodworks Northwest, and as a parttime medical assistant. He is excited to return to the Pacific Northwest for residency, where he plans to pursue his passion for Sports Medicine and preventive care through a holistic, patientcentered approach. Outside of medicine, Dr. Kures enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, exploring the outdoors through skiing, hiking, and camping, and staying active by both playing and watching sports. He also enjoys winding down with a good board game or card game.

Dr. Morris is originally from sunny San Diego, CA, although she’s lived in the PNW for almost 10 years now. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon (go ducks!). She then attended Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR to earn her MD, where she found her passion for the variety of family medicine and creating deep relationships with patients. Her interests within medicine include full spectrum, prenatal care, sports medicine, and geriatrics. Outside of work she enjoys exercise, cooking and baking, reading, and exploring the gorgeous PNW.

Dr. Pfister was raised in Spokane, Washington, and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Washington in Seattle. She went on to attend medical school at Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine. Dr. Pfister is dedicated to providing full-spectrum family medicine and has special interests in preventative care and women’s health. Outside of medicine, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Dr. Scott was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) for her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Spanish while working at an assisted living. Afterwards, she attended the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston Salem, North Carolina. She is passionate about providing full spectrum family medicine in all stages of life, integrative and lifestyle medicine, and enhancing access to care for underserved populations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, hiking, and various types of art.

Dr. Videira was born in Lima, Peru, and grew up in Vancouver, Washington. He graduated from Washington State University Vancouver with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and volunteered for three years on the neuroscience floor of PeaceHealth SWMC, sparking his passion for medicine. He then attended Pacific Northwest University in Yakima, just a couple of hours from home. Erick is passionate about full-spectrum family medicine, preventative care, integrative medicine, and providing care to underserved communities. He enjoys playing soccer, hiking, weightlifting, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Bents is an Oregon native who grew up near Grants Pass on a llama and alpaca sanctuary. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington where he boxed for three years (Go Dawgs!). He then attended medical school at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and is excited to return to the Pacific Northwest to continue his training near home. Dr. Bents is passionate about full-spectrum family medicine with special interests in sports medicine, preventative care, and helping patients maintain healthy, active lifestyles throughout all stages of life. Outside of medicine, he enjoys snowboarding, fishing, camping, mushroom foraging, playing bass guitar, and helping his wife design jewelry.

Dr. Chamberlain is from the Eugene area but has progressively moved north for different schools and training. She received a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University. She then received an Associate of Science in Paramedicine at Oregon Institute of Technology/OHSU. She worked as a paramedic in Portland, Oregon with AMR for almost 7 years. During that time, she also received a master’s in biomedical sciences from the University of Northern Colorado. While attending OHSU, she started her family and had 2 children. Dr. Chamberlain is passionate about full-spectrum care with a focus on women’s health, obstetrics and pediatrics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 young children and partner, knitting, sewing, and rock-hounding.

Dr. Faria was born and raised in Rhode Island. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Biological Sciences and Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island and attended Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Utah to study medicine. As a first-generation American of Portuguese heritage, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and providing culturally responsive care. She is excited to continue her training in the Pacific Northwest and has special interests in women's health and preventive medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her partner and friends.

Dr. Folsom was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University, a Master's in Biomedical Science from Regis University, and attended medical school at Rocky Vista University in Colorado. Dr. Folsom is passionate about full-spectrum family medicine, preventative care, integrative medicine, OMT, and providing care to underserved communities. In her free time, she enjoys watching NBA games (Go Nuggets!), backpacking and hiking, chasing waterfalls, and spending time with her family and pets. 

Dr. Martinez was born and raised in Long Beach, California. He attended UC Santa Cruz for his undergraduate degrees in Art and English Literature and later obtained his embalmer’s license.  A period working at the L.A. County Coroner’s office sparked his interest in medicine, and he attended Western University of Health Sciences COMP in Pomona, CA where he developed a passion for full-spectrum family medicine, with interests in mental health, geriatrics, and providing care for underserved populations. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, jogging, and photographing Mid-century Modern architecture.

Dr. Sonnenburg was born and raised in Lakeville, Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Northwestern–St. Paul, where she was a member of the track and field team and specialized in pole vaulting. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree from Kansas City University before continuing her medical education at Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Sonnenburg is passionate about patient-centered care, procedural medicine, and patient education. She has particular interests in women’s health and sports medicine and looks forward to exploring the full spectrum of family medicine throughout her training. Outside of medicine, she enjoys staying active at the gym, taking walks with her fiancé and their dog, Lily, building LEGO sets, spending time on the water, and making memories with family and friends.

Dr. Katrina Wakeman grew up on San Juan Island, Washington. She studied public health at American University in Washington, D.C. Since then, she graduated from medical school at Oregon Health & Science University. She is excited to complete her residency in Family Medicine and is particularly interested in women’s health, OB, and addiction medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Zuk was raised in Salem, Oregon, and attended Oregon State University before earning his medical degree from Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is passionate about providing comprehensive family medicine care across all stages of life and has a particular interest in sports medicine. Prior to medical school, Dr. Zuk worked as a snowboard instructor at Mt. Hood Meadows and has summited both Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams. He enjoys exercise, golf, pickup sports, chess, and spending time outdoors. He began residency alongside his fiancée and co-resident, Amanda, and their dog, Lily. Together, they enjoy taking Lily on walks, playing fetch, and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
