EUGENE, Ore. – Eugene Marathon weekend is coming April 26-28 and, as the premier healthcare sponsor of this year’s race, PeaceHealth has asked our friends at PeaceHealth Rides to help spread the news.
Eight marathon-themed PeaceHealth Rides bikes will be hitting the streets this week, so be on the lookout for these eye-catching, pedal-powered two-wheelers.
The bikes’ baskets and frames are covered with colorful, whimsical art inspired by the Eugene Marathon logo and landmarks along the race route. Spot them all:
• Hendricks Park
• Peter DeFazio Bridge
• Autzen Stadium
• Kesey Square
• Saturday Market
• PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center, University District
• The Willamette River
• 5th Street Public Market
• Lane Events Center
PeaceHealth has been a longtime partner of the Eugene Marathon, managing and staffing the marathon’s medical tents. This year, we’ll continue that tradition and play an even bigger role throughout the entire marathon weekend. Plan to visit our booths at the Health & Fitness Expo at Lane Events Center on Friday and Saturday, April 26 and 27, and at the Finish Festival at the finish line at Autzen Stadium on Sunday, April 28.
Through our sponsorships of PeaceHealth Rides and the Eugene Marathon, PeaceHealth supports and celebrates the health and wellness of our community.
