At Sacred Heart’s Pediatric and Adolescent Care Unit, we treat patients from infancy to young adulthood. We are committed to meeting every patient's unique needs.

All nurses are certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Our special pediatric pharmacy inside the hospital ensures our young patients get the right medications in the right-size dose. Plus, our secure unit and HALO infant protection system provide families with peace of mind.

Family-Centered Care

We understand how the emotional support of family and friends help children heal. Our 16 private patient rooms are designed to accommodate families and help kids feel at home. Kids and their visitors can enjoy DVDs, video games, board games and art supplies in our indoor Clubhouse. They can relax, take a walk or shoot hoops in our open-air Treehouse.
