Recipe: Watermelon pizza

Healthy for breakfast and sweet enough for dessert.
Make the pizza your own by mixing and matching the ingredients below or try it with herbs such as mint for a fun spin.

Ingredients (per round):
- 1 watermelon round, about 1” thick (approximately 40 oz.)
- ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 cup berries of choice (blueberries, strawberries or blackberries)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or nut of choice
Directions:
Spread yogurt to cover watermelon leaving room to hold the rind.
Sprinkle watermelon pizza with the ingredients, as desired.
