Recipe: Peanut butter Greek yogurt dip

Served with celery or fruit, this makes a great after-school snack.
Peanut butter Greek yogurt dip is a high protein after school snack that is quick to make. Enjoy it with banana or apple slices, strawberries or celery.
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 3 cups full-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt or sub coconut yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened/plain peanut butter powder/flour, or 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey, agave or maple syrup
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- Sliced apples or banana, strawberries, celery for serving
Directions:
Place yogurt, peanut butter flour/powder and honey in a medium-sized bowl. Mix until everything is combined.
Add in chocolate chips and stir.
Enjoy with sliced fruit of choice or celery.
