Recipe: Banana oatmeal bites

Four ingredient banana oatmeal bites.

Four ingredients make a kid-friendly snack.

These banana oatmeal bites are a healthy treat that doesn’t have any added sugar. The recipe can also be made gluten-free by using gluten-free oats.

Serves 20-25 bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mash banana first. Then add all of the ingredients into a bowl. Stir to combine well.

Scoop heaping tablespoons onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, serve and enjoy. Store in an air-tight container.

Note: Try adding chia or ground flax meal.
