How overcoming breast cancer is like climbing Mount St. Helens

Lisa Boswell keeps climbing the mountain to stay healthy

Lisa Boswell, a nurse and director at PeaceHealth in Longview, Washington, discovered a few years ago that she had an aggressive form of breast cancer. 

After recovering from her treatment, she got into hiking. "I keep climbing Mount St. Helens because it is hard," Lisa says, "It encourages me to stay healthy."

The trail up Mount St. Helens also happens to be a reminder of her experience battling cancer. Watch Lisa's triumphant story and hear her compare the two below.
