Patient expresses gratitude for doctors and staff who listen

Time is precious, especially when it comes to doctor’s appointments.

A patient in Northwest Washington sent this story to express his gratitude for the doctors and staff at PeaceHealth’s Center for Senior Health in Bellingham, Washington.

“We find the Center for Senior Health a very caring facility,” Everett Bonsor wrote.

He noted that Dr. Serge Lindner, Dr. Anna Araw are “very personable and we feel comfortable with them” and with Robert Stewart, PA.

Bonsour has been going to the Center for about five years. “They're more efficient than most places. You don't walk into a wait-forever kind of situation. They keep appointments pretty tight.”

But that’s not all. “They listen,” he said. “That’s one of the prime factors we like about the clinic. They try to resolve whatever the issue might be,” he said. “It's a working relationship. We appreciate that.”

“We have a lot of respect for the whole clinic—all of the people—nurses, medical assistants and the front desk—are very friendly and very accommodating.”
