Patient Satisfaction

As a part of the PeaceHealth mission, the Joint Replacement Center holds a high standard for ensuring patient satisfaction. We track our trends and work very hard to reach our goals. We take preventive measures to avoid infections and reduce the need for blood transfusions.

We actively seek patient feedback and use it to continually improve our program. We are very proud of our medical outcomes and service to patients, which brings people from across the nation to our Center.

Here are some of the ways we seek patient feedback:
  • Care survey: Patients may receive a survey from a third party provider, where you have the opportunity to respond confidentially.
  • Reunion lunches: These catered luncheons are held quarterly. We use them to seek feedback from patients and coaches about their experience. Many of the attendees are at a different point in the recovery process. These social gatherings also provide all attendees an opportunity to chat with others who have undergone a similar joint replacement.
  • Multidisciplinary Performance Improvement Team: This team meets every month to review the program's performance.
