Appointments can be scheduled weekdays by calling the clinic between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Urgent appointment slots are held for same day emergencies. If your regular Cardiologist is not available, you may be asked to see the other Cardiologist. If you are able to safely wait one or two days, your ability to see your regular clinician will be greatly increased.
Appointments should be canceled 24 hours in advance. This ensures that all available appointment times are open to our patients.
After Hours Emergencies
When the clinic is closed, an on-call physician can be reached for emergency-type problems through the answering service by dialing the main clinic number at (360) 414-2730.
Phone calls will be returned by our staff as soon as time permits. This is often unpredictable as caring for patients in our clinic is our first priority. We know you want to hear from us and we ask for your patience. If your physician needs to return your call, it will be done when time permits. This means that you may have your call returned in the early evening or on the weekend.
All medication refills are handled through your pharmacy or at the time of your office visit. Please call your pharmacy so they may request the refill through our pharmacy line or you may speak with your physician during your appointment. All refills should be requested at least three days before they are needed. There are no medication refills on weekends. Pain medicine or narcotic medicine is not refilled after clinic hours.
PeaceHealth Medical Group accepts most insurances and will work with you if you do not have insurance coverage. Please have your insurance information and card available at the time of the appointment.
Please be aware that we are a “specialty provider” and many appointments with us require a referral from your primary care provider before they will be covered by your insurance. Insurance plans vary greatly and it is your responsibility to know what your insurance covers. If you are unsure as to whether you need a referral to see us, contact your insurance company.

Forms, such as insurance forms, need to have all personal information completed, including policy numbers, social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, release of information and signature. This needs to be done before our staff can accept them to give to your physician. Please allow one working week for them to be finished. If a special letter or document is needed beyond what is on the form, there may be a charge for this added service.
