VANCOUVER, Wash. – Becker’s Hospital Review recently named PeaceHealth as one of the 165 top places to work in healthcare nationwide in 2026.The healthcare-focused publication recognized hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that are setting the standard for what it means to be an exceptional workplace.

The list highlighted organizations that invest deeply in their people and offer robust benefits and meaningful opportunities for professional and personal development. Becker’s also placed importance on inclusive environments where employees feel valued, including mission-driven work and resources that support true work-life balance.

Becker’s spotlighted PeaceHealth’s whole-person approach to health and wellness, “Nurture360,” which offers employees comprehensive benefits such as mental health resources, tuition reimbursement and professional development support. The program also offers support for employees’ physical, spiritual and financial health and well-being with minimal barriers to access.

The publication noted PeaceHealth’s previous awards, including “No. 1 Healthiest Employer in Washington” for organizations with 5,000 or more employees in 2024, making it the sixth consecutive year the system earned the top ranking from Healthiest Employer thanks to its leadership commitment, participation and health outcomes. Becker’s also cited PeaceHealth’s presence among the “Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” and No. 1 ranking on the Portland Business Journal‘s list of “Oregon’s Healthiest Employers,” all of which combined to show its “sustained investment in caregiver engagement and support,” Becker’s wrote.

The list is based on nominations and editorial research. Organizations do not and cannot pay for inclusion on this list.
