PeaceHealth Shares Message from Incoming President and CEO Sarah Ness

Vancouver, Wash. – Today, PeaceHealth released a special message from incoming President and CEO Sarah Ness, who will officially step into the role on Jan. 3, 2026, following the retirement of longtime leader Liz Dunne.
In the video, Ness reflects on her more than 20-year journey at PeaceHealth, honors Dunne’s legacy and shares her vision for the future of the organization. Guided by the commitment to be Person First, Value Driven and Highly Trusted — Ness communicates what’s next for the organization.
