Peace Harbor at the 23rd annual Pounding for Food Share event

FLORENCE, Ore. – On Saturday, November 18, Peace Harbor stepped in as a sponsor, donating $5,000, to help support the 23rd annual Pounding for Food Share event – a food drive that benefits the local Florence Food Share program.

This year, Peace Harbor’s donation – in addition to community donations and donation matches – helped the Florence Food Share collect over 17,000 pounds of food that will go towards supporting more than 800 local families across Florence and Mapleton.

Peace Harbor is grateful for the opportunity to actively support and give back to the community by participating in important causes such as annual Pounding for Food Share event.
