Light Up a Life

FLORENCE, Ore. – For 27 years, Peace Harbor Hospice has remembered loved ones with gifts of light on a beautiful Christmas tree.

Community members are encouraged to join us for this ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 2 p.m. at the Florence Events Center in Florence, Oregon. We are grateful to be able to gather in person this year -- a first since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

This is a special time to remember loved ones during the holiday season through readings, music, and the lighting of a dedicated Light Up a Life Tree. This event is open to everyone in our community grieving the death of a loved one.

If you would like your loved one’s name to be read during the ceremony, please submit the name by Friday, Dec. 1, to or call Peace Harbor Hospice at 541-997-3418. Please include your phone number so we may contact you if we need to clarify pronunciations.
