Individualized in-home care is available for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Nursing, therapy, hospice, wound care and home infusion services are coordinated by your own physician. Hospice

Hospice is a special program of compassionate care and support for terminally ill patients and their families. Care is delivered at home or in many nursing homes in western Lane County. Medicare certified and Joint Commission accredited.
