Charles Prosper, MSPT, MBA
Charles brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience to PeaceHealth, holding roles of increasing management and executive-level responsibility in healthcare settings ranging from small community hospitals to large, tertiary care facilities. A service-oriented leader who advocates for innovation, Charles is highly skilled in building and maintaining relationships with caregivers, providers and the community. Prior to joining PeaceHealth, Charles served as chief executive officer of Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland, California, a multi-campus hospital enterprise, part of Sutter Health, based in Sacramento.
Jack Estrada, MSLM
Jack joined PeaceHealth in 2001 as a CT/MRI supervisor and was steadily promoted to manager of diagnostic imaging, and then later director in 2005. He took over as Chief Administrative Office of Peace Island in 2021.
Theresa Loya, MSN, RN
Theresa joined PeaceHealth in 2019. In 2020 she took on her current role as Director of Clinical Services at Peace Island Medical Center and is responsible for the nursing services in the facility.
Community Health Board
PeaceHealth is guided by the PeaceHealth System Board of Directors and by Community Health Boards in each of our network service areas in Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
These volunteer board members are community leaders who fully partner with PeaceHealth in making and supporting decisions based on our Mission and Values as well as our Vision for the organization—that every person receives safe, compassionate care: every time, every touch.
