Bargaining updates

Below are the messages shared with PeaceHealth United General Medical Center caregivers represented by WSNA.

Bargaining update for Sept. 17, 2026

On Sept. 9 and 16, we held our first bargaining sessions with Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA) as we work toward an agreement on a contract for nurses at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center.

PeaceHealth appreciated the respectful and productive discussion and WSNA’s engagement. Multiple proposals were exchanged during the sessions.

We recognize how important this contract is to you, and we pledge to bargain in good faith as we work toward an agreement. We look forward to continuing these constructive conversations at our next bargaining sessions on Sept. 22-23.

We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process and will continue to provide regular updates. We have created a new Collective Bargaining website, peacehealth.org/collective-bargaining, where you can always find the latest information.

As always, we appreciate your dedication and professionalism, and your ongoing commitment to safe, high-quality patient care. If you have questions, please contact your supervisor or a member of the PeaceHealth bargaining team.
