On Oct. 20 and 21, we held bargaining sessions with Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA) as we work toward an agreement on a contract for nurses at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center. 

We are pleased to share we have reached a tentative agreement with WSNA on a new contract. The ratification vote is scheduled for Oct. 29.

We greatly appreciated the respectful and collaborative approach maintained throughout negotiations as both teams worked together to reach a tentative agreement. The outcome reflects the significant effort, thoughtful discussions, and commitment demonstrated by both sides.

On Oct. 15, we held bargaining sessions with Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA) as we work toward an agreement on a contract for nurses at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center. 

PeaceHealth presented a comprehensive proposal, that included two significant packages, and WSNA expressed appreciation for the progress made at the table. PeaceHealth appreciated the respectful and productive discussion and WSNA’s engagement.

Following WSNA’s counterproposal, the parties reached 26 new tentative agreements. To date, we have reached 51 tentative agreements on topics including non-discrimination language, bereavement language, Health Benefits Committee and grievance process language, among others.
