Phoebe S. Whalen MD

Dr. Whalen grew up in Oregon, studied biology and psychology at Portland State University, then attended OHSU for medical school. Dr. Whalen completed her OB/GYN residency training at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Dr. Whalen is passionate about women's health, with a goal of providing guidance and education for patients so they can take an active role in their healthcare. She provides general and gynecologic care, with special interests in minimally invasive surgery and family planning. She is a lover of the outdoors, taking every opportunity to enjoy camping and hiking with her family.
