Biography
Bibek Pannu, MD, is an oncologist who cares for patients in Bellingham, Wash. He specializes in hematology and oncology, focusing on cancers and other conditions that affect the blood.
Some blood disorders can cause you to bleed too much or experience the opposite -- vein blockages. Many can be treated with medication or blood therapies. Leukemia is the most common blood cancer.
Dr. Pannu helps patients by diagnosing and treating a range of these conditions. He completed a three-year fellowship at Chicago’s John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Illinois caring for patients with leukemia and other blood problems. He also spent a year training at the respected Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
His extra training means that Dr. Pannu has reached the highest levels of certification and is board-certified. Dr. Pannu’s expertise enables him to create personalized care plans that support your health and quality of life.
