Weight Management Options

Nutrition Therapy
You will meet with a registered dietitian for an initial assessment, evaluation and nutrition care plan. Nutrition Therapy encompasses all aspects of your health and is related directly to your specific medical need. If your weight is complicated by diabetes, eating disorder, food allergies, pregnancy or other medical conditions – this may be the best choice for you.

Your Health Insurance may cover this service when your physician refers you.

Weight management can be so important to your health and well-being. Despite its recognized importance, insurance often does not cover weight management care. Our One-2-One weight loss program provides exceptional weight management at an affordable price.

One-2-One is our personalized weight management package. Lose two to six pounds in the first two weeks - WE KNOW HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT and will provide you with specific guidelines to follow. Over the course of your program you and your health coach will alter these guidelines to fit your lifestyle and achieve your health goals.

Our health coaches are health professionals (registered dietitians) with training and expertise in lifestyle change. Your program begins with a 1-hour initial assessment. Followed by six 30 minute follow-ups. The cost is $250.

This program is designed for the person who needs a flexible schedule and wants to work on their weight individually at their own pace. You may purchase additional six session packages for $125.

Individual Pre-Bariatric Surgery Counseling
Individual visits with a registered dietitian. Begin making the changes that will be lifelong requirements after your bariatric surgery. Keep daily food records and set personal goals.

These sessions will fulfill the requirement of many insurers to meet with a registered dietitian twice a month, and lose five percent of your body weight prior to surgery.
