PeaceHealth Lacamas Primary Care Clinic closed its doors at this location on Friday, Dec. 15.

All clinic providers have relocated to other clinic locations and begin seeing patients on Tuesday, Dec. 19.

This closure was made to ensure PeaceHealth provides optimal healing environments for all clinic patients.
