- Prior to scheduling an appointment: If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms of possible infection, please notify us when you schedule an appointment and before you arrive. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.
- Bring a mask: For everyone's safety, masks are required in all PeaceHealth facilities.
- Entrance screening: Upon arrival, everyone will receive a symptom and temperature check. Anyone with an elevated temperature will be connected with appropriate care.
- Visitor restrictions: No visitors are allowed in clinics except for those accompanying patients needing assistance.

PeaceHealth recently acquired Longview Urology which closed its doors on Friday, Dec. 13.
The clinic will re-open as PeaceHealth Longview Urology in early February after some facility and technology changes are completed. Dr. Chad Chesley and Dr. Patrick Lassen, and their office team will remain with the practice.
