Family Medicine

Helping you stay healthy is an important part of what our primary care doctors do. Our team provides comprehensive, personal care that fits the needs of you and your family.

Be ready for the school season!

We know your family's time is valuable, so we won't keep you sitting on the bench waiting for your child's appointment. PeaceHealth is offering well-child checks and sports physicals for children ages 5 to 18.*

  • Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019
    8 a.m. to noon
  • Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019

Sports physicals are offered for a flat rate, cash only payment of $40.  Well-child exams may be scheduled concurrently with a sports physical and updated immunizations,  if desired, and insurance may be billed for this service if available.

*An appointment is required. Please call 360-378-2141 for more information or to schedule an appointment.  Children younger than 18 must be accompanied to their appointment by a parent or legal guardian.

Wondering why sports physicals are necessary?  Learn why from PeaceHealth physician Kevin deWeber, MD, in this Healthy You article.
