Kathy is a native of the Pacific Northwest, born and raised in Salem, Oregon. She graduated from Oregon State University/Oregon Health and Science University College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital in Yakima, Washington. Her areas of interest are in ambulatory care and transitions of care. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, baking goodies, and spending time with her niece and nephews.
