Our team of licensed physical therapy professionals provide individualized, quality care to those who are experiencing movement and function related challenges that may be due to age, illness or injury.  We strive to improve or restore maximum movement and function throughout life.

  • All visits are scheduled for a minimum of 45 minutes

Our Services

This clinic is licensed as part of PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. You may receive a separate charge or billing for facility fees in addition to any professional fees for services, which may result in a higher out-of-pocket expense.
