"Graduate" Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Patients who complete the exercise conditioning and education sessions may participate in the graduate program. This program provides ongoing, medically-supervised exercise in a familiar and comfortable environment.
When you and your doctor decide that pulmonary rehabilitation may be beneficial, you will meet with a respiratory therapist to discuss the program and help develop your goals. Diagnostic test results and medical history will be reviewed. Our staff will handle insurance pre-authorization as needed.
We encourage you to bring a support person to the evaluation session. Also, please bring your current list of medications, emergency contact information, and insurance identification card.
