The Infusion Center is an outpatient service. This service provides blood transfusions, intravenous IV infusions, and injections that are not available in a doctor’s office and/or must be monitored by a pharmacist.

It is designed to serve people who are medically stable and who can walk or can transfer from wheelchair to infusion chair with minimal assistance. Patients are provided a private room with a recliner chair or hospital bed, if requested. For patients age 17 and younger, outpatient infusions are completed in our Pediatric unit on the eighth floor of PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend.
