PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center Home Health believes it is a privilege to be of service to all persons in our community. Providers must request home health care.
Our trained volunteer staff offer assurance, companionship, and spiritual and emotional support to patients as they near the end of life. Their services are free of charge and include:
Support for our hospice program is essential. We welcome new volunteers, financial contributions, and other forms of support. This may include telling someone about hospice, giving a memorial gift to honor the memory of someone special or contribute an honorarium to commemorate a special occasion.
Our Home Health professionals work closely with providers to develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient.
Hospice is staffed by a team of trained volunteers who tailor care to each patient's needs and wishes during the transition period of dying.
