PeaceHealth Medical Group offers formal Diabetes education programs, nutrition consultations, educators and physicians who specialize in diabetes care. Your doctor may refer you to this program for general Diabetes education, for a "tune up" of your Diabetes management plan, or for long-term Diabetes care. You still maintain your regular relationship with your doctor.
