You're invited to Light Up A Life

Please join PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Hospice for our 38th annual Light Up a Life ceremony on Sunday, December 8, 2024, 4PM. We’ll gather in the lobby of PeaceHealth RiverBend Hospital, 3333 RiverBend Drive, Springfield. This will be a special time to remember our loved ones during the holiday season with music, the reading of names, and the lighting of our dedicated tree. This event is open to everyone in the community grieving the death of a loved one. Please submit your loved one’s name(s) to Sacred Heart Hospice by December 1, 2024.
