Support the Leadership in Ministry Endowment

Sister Kathleen Pruitt sits at a table and smiles with other Women of Peace attendees

From the beginning, our Mission has been carried forward by creativity, courage and shared commitment. Today, we are building a permanent endowment to sustain Leadership in Ministry for generations to come.

This endowment will provide ongoing support for retreats, Continuing Conversations, Days of Service and other formation experiences that help leaders stay rooted in the Catholic heritage and healing Mission of PeaceHealth. Your partnership answers that call and helps ensure this ministry remains alive, faithful and strong for generations to come.

For questions regarding giving with a DAF, gift of stock or other gift options, please contact us at foundations@peacehealth.org.

Leadership in Ministry at a glance

PeaceHealth’s Leadership in Ministry program begins with a two-day retreat at St. Mary's on the Lake, home of the western conference of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace in Bellevue, Washington. The program invites leaders to slow down, reflect and reconnect with the roots of Catholic healthcare.

Leaders hear the Sisters’ stories, sit with their questions and come to understand what it means to lead when human dignity is always the measure. The retreat is followed by monthly Continuing Conversations and quarterly Days of Service, where leaders deepen their formation and serve the community.

When you invest in Leadership in Ministry, you are doing more than making a gift.

You are:

  • Advancing a mission rooted in compassion and justice.
  • Strengthening a trusted system of care for generations to come.
  • Standing alongside caregivers who bring healing to life every day.

Your generosity helps ensure that Leadership in Ministry is not only sustained today, but remains a source of renewal and courage for generations of leaders to come.

As the Sisters age and fewer are present in daily ministry, this formation of leaders becomes even more urgent. Leadership in Ministry ensures their wisdom continues to shape how care is delivered.

Our goal is to offer every PeaceHealth leader the opportunity to experience a LiM retreat.

With your support, we can make that possible. Together, we form leaders grounded in purpose and prepared to carry this healing ministry forward.
