Congratulations on becoming a monthly sustaining donor at PeaceHealth Foundations! Your gift will power local, expert care all year long. Here are answers to common questions regarding your donation.
How can I change or update my credit card information?
Please reach out to our Gift Processing team by emailing foundations@peacehealth.org and we'll update your payment plan with your new information. Because we do not store credit card numbers, we always need the entire card number, expiration date and security code in order to update your payment plan. If for any reason your card was not able to process, but the card information has not changed, please still call Gift Processing to provide the full credit card information so that we can manually catch you up on missed payments. Please do not email your credit card number to us.
How can I change my contact information?
If you have changed your mailing address, email address, or phone number, please email foundations@peacehealth.org.
How do I change my mail preferences?
If you would like to no longer receive paper mail or email from PeaceHealth Foundations, please email foundations@peacehealth.org with your request to limit paper mailings or emails.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Yes, your gift to PeaceHealth Foundations is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowable by U.S. law. We will send you an acknowledgement letter for your contribution which can be saved for tax purposes. Receipts for monthly donations are issued as a summary of all gifts made during a single calendar year. Tax statements are available by request.
