How to Apply


Application Process: St. Joseph Medical Center

  • Submit completed "Association for Clinical Pastoral Education Application."
    Apply now
  • Be interviewed by CPE supervisor and/or admissions committee.
  • Have a high-school diploma/GED.
  • Provide a faith group identification and affiliation
  • Provide $25.00 with your applicaiton (non-refundable)
  • Submit $50.00 deposit to guarantee placement in program upon acceptance.
  • Tuition rates:
    • $600 per unit
    • $700 per unit when Clinical Hours are completed at a different site.

We will contact you within two weeks of receiving your application and may invite you for an interview. Students are selected based on their willingness to learn, their ability to function as spiritual caregivers and their contribution to the diversity and richness of the peer group.

 

Application Process: Southwest Medical Center

  • Submit completed "Association for Clinical Pastoral Education Application."
    Apply now
  • Be interviewed by CPE supervisor and/or admissions committee.
  • Completed or in process: Masters of Divinity degree (preferred), high-school diploma/GED (considered)
  • Faith group identification and affiliation
  • Provide a $25 non-refundable application fee
  • Upon acceptance submit a $100 non-refundable deposit fee to guarantee placement
  • Tuition rate is $600 per unit (includes the $100 deposit)
