Yela E. Carey PAC

Yela Carey, PA-C is an advanced practice clinician with the team at PeaceHealth Priority Care Clinic in Bellingham. Yela completed her master's degree in physician assistant studies at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. Yela is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She worked for several years as an emergency room technician and certified nursing assistant before becoming a physician assistant. She also volunteered locally and internationally helping groups of people experiencing homelessness, poverty, relocation and limited access to medical care. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Yela enjoys trail running, backpacking, biking, traveling in her free time, along with reading and jewelry making.
