Stephen S. Kerner, D.O. received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. He began a residency in Pathology at Cedars Sinai Medical School in June of 1997. After two years, he transitioned to a residency in Family Practice at Alleghany Regional Hospital in Virginia in 2000. Dr. Kerner is board certified in Family Practice and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association. He joined the PeaceHealth medical staff in December of 2007. Prior to his affiliation with PeaceHealth, he was in practice in Portsmouth, Ohio at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He held the position of Director of Hospice for Heartland of Southern Ohio.
