Biography
Dr. Keith is a board-certified trauma surgeon. She is a first-generation college graduate who earned her medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Keith completed her general surgery residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center, and her fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, focused on surgical critical care. She has a special interest in antibiotic use in trauma as well as complex gallbladder surgery. “I became a Trauma/Critical Care surgeon so I could take care of my patients in all phases of care - from the ER to the OR to the ICU,” shares Dr. Keith. Away from work, Dr. Keith enjoys powerlifting and baking.
