Stacey G. Chong MD

Stacey Guo Chong, MD, is a Board-certified rheumatologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions.

After earning her Medical Degree and Master of Health Science Degree from Duke University School of Medicine, Dr. Chong completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a Rheumatology fellowship at University of California, Davis.

Dr. Chong’s broad range of professional and personal skills have helped to shape her approach to patient care.

“The needs of my patients are at the forefront of every decision,” says Dr. Chong. “I believe in treating the individual, not merely a disease, and supporting their personal goals and preferences throughout the process.”

Dr. Chong has lived in several countries, including China, Singapore and Canada. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, plus conversational in French. She credits these experiences with enhancing her cultural sensitivity and ability to address the unique needs of each of her patients.

Additionally, Dr. Chong is a classical violinist with training from the Canadian Royal Conservatory of Music, a fan of watching NBA basketball games, and treasures spending time at home with her cat.
