Biography
Sally Newbrough, MD, PhD, welcomes new patients to PeaceHealth Medical Group Allergy and Immunology. She came to Bellingham after completing a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Washington. Dr. Newbrough previously completed an Internal Medicine residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. Prior to this, she earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania where she also did her graduate work and developed an interest in immunology.
The majority of Dr. Newbrough’s last several years have involved training in university settings, but she also practiced medicine in Botswana, Zambia and Liberia for short assignments during and after training.
Dr. Newbrough is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She enjoys seeing a wide spectrum of patients and has a special interest in those with immunodeficiency or urticaria.
