Biography
Maria Cayabyab, DO, practices obstetrics and gynecology at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center, taking care of OB-GYN patients in the hospital. She has a passion for delivering excellent maternal care to help give families and newborns their best start.
Dr. Cayabyab received her medical training at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri, followed by OB-GYN residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. Dr. Cayabyab also hold an MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, holding the rank of major.
Before joining PeaceHealth, Dr. Cayabyab practiced in military and civilian hospital settings. She has also served as a healthcare system medical director, a clinical professor and an OB-GYN preceptor for medical students.
