Joshua F. Coates PAC

Joshua Coates, PA-C, joined the PeaceHealth Medical Group Same Day Care Clinic team of providers in May 2017. Joshua began his medical career as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant in the US Army. He later worked as a flight paramedic, assisting the United Nations with medical services in the Republic of Haiti. Prior to joining PHMG, Joshua served as an advanced practice emergency clinician with TeamHealth at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. He has provided emergency medical care for numerous urgent care clinics and ERs in the northwest. In addition to his work in urgent care and emergency medicine, Joshua has special medical interests in outdoor emergency medicine and tropical disease. In his free time, Joshua is passionate about travel, alpine climbing and backcountry skiing. He is a member of the U.S. National Ski Patrol.
