Biography
Dr. MacGregor is a cardiac electrophysiologist and heart failure specialist with subspecialty training in cardiac transplantation. He is a Pacific Northwest native and spent part of his childhood in Bellingham. He returned to Bellingham in 2006 and feels fortunate to be able to raise his family in this community.
Dr. MacGregor is a designated fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS) and was the first to perform the Micra® Transcatheter Pacing System (the world’s smallest pacemaker) implant procedure at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center.
